Lisa goes beyond being a good Director of Tech Services and skilled wrangler of development professionals, she brings a wealth of interpersonal skills such as empathy, patience and kindness to her interactions. These are not always the qualities that get the most praise in corporations, but it is the glue that builds trust and creates real community in a company. I consider it a privilege to work with her, because she lives the spirit of what Godlan aspires to, and enacts those ideals, while getting the job done — and that is what I want to celebrate Lisa for today.
