Clint McRee is a dad and football fan when his boys are playing: go USC Trojans and Westlake High School! He’s a retired youth sports coach and loves a good adrenaline rush from sports, cars, racing and just about any competition.
He co-founded SourceDay in 2015 because he had supply chain issues. Realizing he had two career strengths, selling enterprise software and running a manufacturing company, he decided to combine them and chase his dream of being an entrepreneur and building a SaaS business from the ground up.
Clint joined forces with Tom to help companies suffering supply chain woes. He can’t tell you how many times, but says it’s a lot, that he and Tom were told they were crazy to build SourceDay. He’s sure glad he didn’t follow their advice.
Kelli enjoys being outdoors with her husband, their young son, and the family pup. She and her husband grew up in Northern California and attended Chico State, where she competed on the track team in the Heptathlon. Go Wildcats! As for today, she has retired her spikes and javelin and gets her exercise chasing her little boy.
Kelli thrives in building strong, collaborative relationships across different departments. In her role at SourceDay, she’s been a key player for the past two years, focusing on bringing teams closer together and valuing everyone’s unique role. It’s not just about the work for Kelli; it’s about the people and the journey they share.
